We work within your budget, not ours. Our extensive experience in vendor negotiation and management means we maximize every dollar.

Unlike event planners that mark up vendor services, we never mark up event fees. All vendors invoice you directly.

Themes

Here’s where our creativity really shines! Our event themes generate excitement and fun. We’ve produced casino nights, sports themed extravaganzas, Halloween bashes, Mexican fiestas, Broadway “premieres”, in door picnics, silent auctions and a Blue Jean Ball.

Pre-event marketing, promotion and PR

We leverage the right media mix to reach your target audience, including email, print, web, newsletters, social media, cross promotions with exhibitors and partners, chambers of commerce and local media.

Event Communications

Not only do we maintain steady contact with you, we make sure that every person involved in your event stays informed regarding planning, logistics and other developments. We can create an event newsletter to keep all stakeholders informed, including sponsors, exhibitors, planners, and attendees.

Vendor management

We manage all vendor proposals and contract negotiations for service providers including hotel, photographers, caterers, bartenders, graphic designers, florists, entertainment, audio/visual, lighting, gifts, and set up / break down.

Special Guests and Entertainment

Based on the interests of your audience, we can book exciting entertainment, thought-provoking speakers, celebrities and local personalities. We negotiate fees and handle all the arrangements.

Food and Beverage

Food is such an integral part of any event and it’s important to incorporate food and beverage into your theme. Events For Everyone has relationships with many of the best caterers in the DC Metro area. We plan delicious menus and supervise presentation, linen, flowers, beverages and seating arrangements.
